The Tea Garden
You can enjoy your meal in a friendly, warm and pleasant setting. The Café is tastefully decorated with complimenting stone and wood surroundings and the original croft fireplace has been lovingly restored, all creating a memorable experience. At the Tea Garden we have made a commitment to sustainable tourism.
Our Food
Daily fresh fish is delivered from the boats and harbour. As much food as possible is locally sourced from daily fresh product.
We serve a wide range of food to suit most tastes, all freshly made on the premises, including filled rolls, baked potatoes, Mallaig kippers, prawn rolls, sherried herring, haggis, pints of prawns, smoked salmon, fish and chips, vegetarian pasta, cream scones and shortbread.
We are fully licensed, with a good selection of wine, beer and whisky.
Our restaurant is doggy friendly and we can even supply doggie ice cream.
The Tea Garden
Situated in the heart of the village overlooking the harbour. The Tea Garden serves cooked meals all day, a selection of teas, coffees and home baking. Cosy up besides our coal fires or sit in the flower garden and watch the world go by.
Please note that only lunches are served between the hrs of 12 – 2 pm.
Dropped in here for a coffee during a wander around Mallaig. Lovely coffee and great friendly service. We sat outside in the glorious morning sunshine surrounded by the many plants and flowers they have in the terrace. Would recommend if you are in the area.
